The Update Financials button is disabled and cannot sync with QuickBooks

After you trial has ended, the Update Financials button is disabled.  If your business is on the the Pro or Pro+ plan, you can switch to the free Lite plan and re-enable linking.

To switch plans, select the gear icon next to the business you want to update.

If you are on the Accountant Starter, Small or Mid-size plan, contact sales for assistance.
