How does syncing with QuickBooks desktop work?

CashFlowTool provides a QuickBooks Desktop add-in called Finagraph Connect which syncs your QuickBooks data with CashFlowTool.  The QuickBooks Desktop add-in must be installed on the same location where QuickBooks Desktop is installed.  For details how to install the add-in, see the following page:

After installing Finagraph Connect, the next time you open a company file in QuickBooks Desktop, you will be prompted to sync with CashFlowTool.
