1. Close QuickBooks Desktop
2. Open the Company file. Ensure you login to QuickBooks Desktop as an QuickBooks Desktop Admin user.
3. Try to connect or sync again.

2. Open the Company file. Ensure you login to QuickBooks Desktop as an QuickBooks Desktop Admin user.
3. From within QuickBooks Desktop, select Edit / Preferences. Select Integrated Applications and view Company Preferences.
4. Check ‘Allow this application to read and modify this company file.’
5. Try to Connect or sync again
